Pistol Development Course

John Dzurka is offering another course on Friday July 23,2021 open to a maximum of 8 participants. Cost is $200 per person.

Pistol Development (Hammer and Nail Class)
PREREQUISITE: I.P.S.C Black Badge OR Agency Training

Course is designed to improve further development and hone skills laying a solid foundation in a practical effective manner. This session covers setting yourself up to get your shots on target quickly. All shooting is done stationary with the primary focus on effective hit placement. Surgical Precision.

Methodology is Consistency builds Efficiency = Proficiency which results in SPEED.  Result is being more effective on target.

2021 IPSC Black Badge Pistol Training Course
Date: July 24-25, 2021 at Yellowknife Outdoor Range.
Instructor: John Dzurka

IPSC is a dynamic shooting sport where the principles of Accuracy, Speed and Power are mixed into action pistol shooting.
What is The Black Badge Course? Hands-on firearm Instruction the Black Badge Course is a 2 day handgun safety training course to get a shooter on their way to enjoying the action pistol sports. Credited course recognized in over 60 countries. Many shooting disciplines and clubs require the Black Badge course as a safety requirement. YKSC requires all users on the range who draw a loaded firearm from the holster to have Black Badge training.

Items required for the course: A firearm pistol or revolver 9mm minimum, 5 magazines, a holster (No Serpa Style) that covers the trigger guard, mag holders, belt, safety glasses, ear protection, and 500-600 rounds of ammunition.

Please dress appropriately for weather conditions.
Please bring your own drinks & snacks

Course will run daily from 8:30 am to 5 pm with lunch break from 12pm-1pm
Cost is $350 cash per person, register early to ensure a spot.
